Pets Allowed
In no event shall unit owner maintain more than 1 pet in a residential unit (other than fish) without Board consent. Please refer to the House Rules for specifics.
Smoking Allowed
Smoking is prohibited in all Residential Common Elements of the Building and within fifteen (15) feet of the Building. Please refer to the House Rules for the complete smoking policy.

TIMING: As per the condominium bylaws, the board has thirty (30) days from the receipt of all required materials in proper form in which to issue their waiver (approval).Note: All parties are advised that applications are reviewed in the order they are received and not based on the lease commencement date or contact closing date.Move In/Out - Please contact the Resident Manager for the board's move in and move out procedures.Important information for Questionnaire request:                                                 Fees:
  • Generic Questionnaires: $150 plus a 5% Domecile processing fee.
Note: Our generic form may not be sufficient for your lender and/or your attorneys due diligence. The fee associated with the purchase of a generic questionnaire or if applicable for the completion of a bank/attorney due diligence questionnaire are non-refundable.
  • Custom Questionnaires: The fee for custom questionnaires will be determined based on the number and complexity of the questions submitted. Once we receive your request, our team will review it to assess the scope and provide an appropriate fee. This fee is determined solely at managements discretion, ensuring it reflects the time and resources required to process your request. You will receive an email notification with the fee amount after the review.
Turnaround Time:
Please note, work on your questionnaire will only begin after payment is received.Once payment is received, the questionnaire will be processed and returned via Domecile within 7 business days.
