130 Barrow St. Originally built in 1931 as a truck garage, the architectural firm of Stephen B Jacobs converted 130 Barrow Street into residential apartments in 1983. They created a new atrium, 68 luxury residential condominium units (including some duplexes) and commercial space. The conversion received critical acclaim including the Builders Choice: Grand Award from the National Association of Homebuilders and the Certificate of Modernization Excellence from Builders Magazine, both in 1983.
