1. Before a shareholder is allowed to submit a sublet package to the board, they must first submit a letter giving the reason for the sublet. This letter must be approved before package for a particular tenant can be submitted to the board for approval. 2. No more than two years unless special approval is given by Board. However, the lease can only be for one year with the second year subject to Board Approval. 3. Sublease cannot be for profit or speculation and the owner must demonstrate they are returning to the apartment to live after the sublease is terminated. 4. All approved sub-lessee must agree, in writing, to be governed by the bylaws of the Corporation, the house rules set down in the proprietary Lease or by the Board of Directors. 5. In order to have the sublease approved, the shareholder must deposit two months maintenance with the corporation as a damage security deposit.
