Move-in hours are weekdays only, 9a to 4p, no holidays. All moves require a certificate of insurance.

All deliveries and work being performed in the unit must be accompanied by a certificate of insurance that meets the building's requirements. Additional documentation may be required for work. TaskRabbit, Handy, and similar firms are not permitted to perform work in the building as they are not properly insured.

PHOTO & FILM SHOOTS:

Hours are restricted from 9a to 12a. Certificates of insurance must be received and approved in advance of the scheduling of any shoot.Unit Owner is responsible for a fee of $1,500.00 for the first day of any set-up or shoot, and $1,000.00 for each day thereafter, payable to the Building.All residents of the building must be notified about the shoot at least 48 hours in advance.No common areas shall be used for a shoot without the prior approval of a majority of the Unit Owners in the building.Any related expenses for cleaning or repairing common areas as a result of a shoot shall be billed directly to the Unit Owner.
