Pets Allowed
Residents and their guests may not keep pets in the building without prior written permission from the Board of Directors. Dogs will be permitted at the discretion of the Board. Residents must seek written Board approval for any new or replacement dog. A maximum of 15% of apartments will be permitted to have a dog at any given point in time. Prospective purchasers with a dog may be required to bring the dog to a Board interview. Dogs over 50lbs are not permitted. Only one dog is permitted per apartment. The following breeds are not permitted: Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Great Danes, Mastiffs and Doberman Pinschers.
